Alaska Gastrobar opened in 2019 with an ambitious mission: to introduce Muscovites and visitors to the true taste of the Russian North. Our project grew from deep love for Magadan and its unique gifts.
Our main principle is uncompromised freshness. We introduced the philosophy of "from aquarium to plate in 15 minutes". Every guest can be sure that the seafood retains its natural texture and pure taste.
Today Alaska is not just a restaurant — it's a place of power where northern hospitality traditions meet modern culinary techniques.
Our menu reflects the full palette of northern seas: from the legendary Magadan crab to wild grilled fish and the freshest oysters. We masterfully work with open fire, revealing the natural taste of products without unnecessary embellishments.
Our bar is a flavor laboratory. We take pride in our own collection of craft cider, including the exclusive "Manufaktura Kollegi" line, created specifically for connoisseurs of authentic drinks.
Homemade tinctures on northern berries and signature cocktails complement the gastronomic experience, creating perfect pairings for fish dishes and desserts.
